Terms and Conditions

• Deliveries are made Monday to Friday.
• When we deliver goods we will expect payment on delivery in cash. No cheques accepted. 
• You will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm the receipt of your order,  The email will be sent to the email address you supplied when placing the order.
• All prices are inclusive of VAT at 15%. Delivery will be an additional £4.95. 
• When placing an order by clicking the Proceed button you are consenting to be bound by the terms & conditions of Floral Charm.
• When delivering to the recipient if no one is there to receive the goods we will attempt to deliver a second time at a pre-arranged by phone alternative date but there will be an additional charge of £4.95 for making the second delivery attempt..
• Alternative materials may be substituted if there is no stock to the same value or higher and to the same quality.
• Please ensure that the delivery address details have been provided correctly using the full postal code and where possible a contact telephone number for the recipient. 

Returns Policy

• We have a strict No Returns policy unless goods have been delivered either in a damaged state or incorrectly in which case we will re-deliver the correct goods free of charge.
• Orders that have already been despatched for delivery cannot be cancelled.
• Cancellation of an order must be done by phoing 0151 284 2670 and MUST be done by no later than 24hrs before the delivery date otherwise you will be responsible for the full amount of the order including delivery charges.
