Payment and Delivery

Payment is cash on delivery. No cheques will be accepted. 

We provide a fully personalised service to our clients, currently only  within the Merseyside area. A delivery charge of £4.95 will be added to all orders. All flowers and gift arrangements will be delivered were possible by one of our own drivers.

At present we do not offer a same day delivery service. We do however aim to deliver your order as quickly as possible. Our aim is to deliver your order within 7 days to a maximum of 14 days (depending on stocks and availability). However if your requirement is urgent, then please contact us on 0151 284 2670 to check on availability before placing your order.

Please ensure that when placing an order that the delivery address details have been provided correctly using the full postal code and where possible a contact telephone number for the recipient.

You will receive an order confirmation by email to confirm the receipt of your order and its likely delivery date. The email wil be sent to the email address you supplied when placing the order.
